Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and working with alerts in Opsgenie and Jira systems;
  • Escalation of incidents, process tracking;
  • Processing requests from colleagues in the ITSM system, support of incidents until they are closed;
  • Work in Jira, Slack and internal systems of the company for internal tasks of interaction with other departments of the company;
  • Communicate with colleagues from China and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Stress resistance – there can be many problems at once and all are urgent;
  • Proactive – it is necessary to bring the matter to the end;
  • Sociability – look for people who can solve the problem at any time of the day or day;
  • Responsibility, discipline;
  • Knowledge of English sufficient for reading and correspondence.
